Steve Shepherd
Development Manager
Steve joined IK Software in 1999 initially as a lead systems developer. From 2001 IK Software were the sole developers of the Recipero system and were brought in house in 2007. Today Steve is the development manager with responsibilities across the technical side of the business. He has a great deal of experience in enterprise software development having worked previously at a large building society and has successfully transferred these skills to the Internet environment and the web-service aspect of Recipero’s products.
His day-to-day role includes workflow and developer management and he still finds time to perform a significant amount of coding himself.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a keen sportsman and team player, enjoying Rugby, Cricket and the more esoteric English game of Rounders in the summer months.
