The NMPR is a single online property search system for the UK Law Enforcement agencies. For the first time ever it allows them to search any identifiable item of property to view its registered owner’s details. Virtually all the police forces in the UK use the NMPR with nearly a hundred thousand officers with access via their control centres, handheld devices and computer systems. Insurers

Insurers provide information to the NMPR when an insurance claim involves the theft of identifiable property. This system allows the insurers to interact directly with the Police and is a very powerful deterrent to fraudulent claims.
