Support Manager
Mark heads up the Consumer and Trade Support Team for Recipero. This includes dealing directly or via his colleagues with all enquires relating to all the software platforms offered by Recipero and his in depth knowledge is invaluable to the company and its clients.
He oversees the department and is responsible for providing an efficient and high quality customer service and is directly accountable to senior management to make sure targets and performance are met.
Educated to UK A level standard he went on to graduate from the University of Leeds. After graduating he spent 3 years working in payroll software development before joining Recipero in 2008.
Mark's interests include Literature, History, Gaming and Technology.
