Recipero was founded in 2000 by the current management team. The goal was to build a company that provided a range of products and services based on the accumulation, organisation and analysis of information relating to ownership, associated criminality, fraud and illegal trading of consumer electronics.

Today Recipero provides products and services to customers all over the world, with several services supporting many millions of users. Its clients range from Governments and global corporations right through to small businesses and individual consumers who query our data over 4 million times a month.
